The most BORING yet most EFFECTIVE way to market your medical services

Across the healthcare industry, referrals are estimated to drive about 40-60% of patient visits.

Let's be honest: marketing advice is endless. You can keep striving to be on the first page of Google, creating more ads, and spending your life trying to stand out. But one constant remains: word-of-mouth is the top way service-based businesses grow. You're likely already getting most of your new customers from referrals, which is fantastic—it means your customers love you enough to refer their friends. However, the challenge with referrals is scaling them effectively. Many don't know how to grow and control them, leaving their business's cash flow dependent on word of mouth. If you're looking to build your business on value and service not flashy marketing gimmicks and promotional offers, then you're my kind of people.

 Referrals 101

  • How can our clients refer us if they aren't fully aware of the breadth of our services and credentials? They may be impressed by how effectively you treated their specific issue, but do they know you're also the best choice for treating their friends' or family's ailments? It's challenging for them to refer others unless they're familiar with everything you offer.

The solution is purpose-built content that highlights how your treatments can address a variety of conditions. Educate your network about your comprehensive offerings so they can confidently refer the right clients to you.

  • Referrals are undoubtedly the tortoise's approach to growing your business—slow and steady. However, like all good things, they require patience. There are several ways to enhance and grow your referrals. Begin by establishing yourself as an expert and authority in your specialty. This ensures that when someone recommends you, the referral carries significant weight and makes a strong impact.

For actionable strategies you can implement today, watch my YouTube video "Referring The Authority" or contact me for personalized assistance.

  • Referrals are only unpredictable when you don't have a plan to produce more referrals, a strategy for tracking them and method to measure them. This is what's often referred to as waiting for the phone to ring. As business owners we can't wait for our cashflow to fall out of the sky. If you're an entrepreneur that want's to take the reins and grow, measure and track your referrals please reach out to me or follow me on youtube.

  • You’ve heard the old saying: “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” The same principle applies to your network. Relying solely on your customers to sell your services for you is a gamble, and let’s face it—they’re not salespeople any more than you are.

Starting today, don’t leave your business’s success to chance with just word of mouth. Instead, focus on expanding your network so that more people can refer you. It’s time to cast a bigger net and create diverse opportunities for growth. Growth that you can count on and predict.

  • I understand that sales and marketing can be daunting, especially if past efforts haven’t yielded the results you were hoping for. It’s completely normal to feel frustrated when things don’t go as planned. The good news is that it’s not about having a perfect strategy from the start—it's about finding the right approach for your unique business and goals and refine as you go.

Together, we can identify what hasn’t worked in the past and explore new, tailored strategies that align with your strengths and target audience. My role is to guide you through this process and help you develop a marketing plan that’s not only effective but also manageable for you. Let’s focus on building a plan that suits your needs and brings you the results you’re looking for.

I’m Jasser

Man with a beard wearing a white shirt and a black wide-brimmed hat against a blue background.

I have dedicated over 20 years to healthcare as a diagnostic sonographer. Alongside my healthcare career, I have embraced entrepreneurship, successfully owning four businesses and consulting countless business owners. Throughout my journey, I discovered that solid referrals are the cornerstone of any thriving business, yet many of us struggle to reach our full market potential because we rely on passive referral methods. This approach, known as "Random Acts of Referral," often limits our growth.

In 2024, I decided to enhance my marketing skills by enrolling at Harvard Business School, where I officially became a digital marketing strategist. Today, I specialize in helping service based entrepreneurs within healthcare expand their businesses using proven strategies that have stood the test of time, now enhanced with the power of AI and social media.

I believe you shouldn't have to wait for the phone to ring, nor should you spend all your time on marketing efforts. You don't need to constantly sell yourself or struggle with the complexities of running a business. Instead, you should focus on what you're passionate about—helping and healing others—while your business supports this ultimate goal. If you deserve a business that supports you, your family, and your patients, then we need to schedule a meeting.
